Measured Building Survey Drawings

We turn survey data into the drawn record — floor plans, elevations, sections and reflected ceiling plans — produced to your survey specification and tolerance band, for surveying practices in the United Kingdom and the United States.

What we do

You capture the building. We draw it. Our team works from your registered point clouds, total station data, disto measurements and site photographs, and produces the finished drawing set or model to the specification you issue — so your surveyors stay on site instead of at a workstation.

Data we work from

  • Registered point clouds from terrestrial or mobile laser scanners (E57, RCP, RCS)
  • Total station and theodolite survey data
  • Hand dimensions, disto measurements and marked-up sketches
  • Site photographs and photogrammetry output
  • Existing drawings for verification against measured data

What you receive

  • Floor plans at your stated scale, with levels, openings, structure and fixed fittings
  • Elevations, both internal and external
  • Sections and long sections through the building
  • Reflected ceiling plans, where captured
  • Roof plans and site plans
  • Topographical detail where it forms part of the commission
  • Layered CAD in DWG or DXF, PDF issue sets, and a Revit model where you need one

Drawn to your specification

Measured building survey work lives or dies on consistency, so we work to your standards rather than our own. That means your layer naming, your line weights, your block and symbol library, your title block, your annotation style and your stated accuracy band. Where you follow a published survey specification, tell us which one and which level of detail, and we draw to it.

We produce the drawn record from the data you supply. We do not carry out the site capture, and we do not certify the survey — verification and sign-off remain with your surveyor.

Who this is for

  • Measured building surveyors in the United Kingdom
  • Building surveyors and land surveying practices in the United States
  • Architects commissioning an existing-conditions record before refurbishment
  • Practices with capture capacity but a drawing-production bottleneck

Turnaround and capacity

Delivery dates are agreed in writing before work begins and counted in working days from receipt of complete, usable survey data. Where a commission runs across multiple buildings or phases, we deliver against a milestone schedule rather than one hand-over at the end, so your team can review early and correct course.
