Industries We Serve
Electrical Contractor
Containment, distribution and equipment modeled properly — and coordinated against the services that got there first.
Electrical containment is usually the last thing modeled and the first thing to clash. We model containment, equipment and distribution to installation level, coordinated against the rest of the services.
What we deliver
- Cable tray, basket, conduit and containment modeling
- Switchgear, panel and equipment layouts with access clearances
- Lighting and small power layouts modeled from design drawings
- Coordination and clash resolution against mechanical, structure and fire
- Installation and shop drawings, plus as-built record models
What we need from you
- Electrical design drawings, schedules and specifications
- Containment standards and preferred manufacturer content
- The mechanical, structural and architectural models
- Any site constraints affecting routing or access
How a project runs
We agree scope, level of development and deliverable formats in writing before anything starts. On larger jobs we model a sample area first and get it signed off, so any mismatch in standards surfaces on one room rather than forty. Production then runs in agreed batches with review rounds built in, and you receive native files, not flattened exports.
Where responsibility sits
We model to your design and installation standards. Circuit design, load calculations, compliance and installation remain your responsibility.
