Survey practices win work on the strength of the capture. The bottleneck is usually what happens afterwards — the weeks of modeling and drafting between a registered scan and a set the client can use. That is the part we take on, working white-label so everything is issued under your name.
What we deliver
- As-built modeling in Revit, to an agreed level of development
- As-built drafting in CAD — floor plans, elevations, sections and reflected ceiling plans
- Scan to BIM and Scan to CAD from registered point cloud data
- Measured building survey drawings
- Visualization where a client wants to see the building rather than read it
How the work runs
You send the registered point cloud and your deliverable specification. We agree the level of development, what gets modeled and what gets ignored, and how deviation from the scan is handled where a wall is out of plumb or a slab is not flat. You review a first floor or a first zone before we take the rest to the same standard.

- Your template, title block and layer standards
- A sample deliverable so we can match your drafting conventions
- The level of development and the tolerance you have committed to
