Where we come in
We can pick up at any stage, and most practices bring us in at more than one.
- Conceptual design. Massing studies and early visuals to test an idea before it is committed to.
- Schematic design. Plans, elevations and sections worked up to SD level, with the model set up correctly from the start.
- Design development. The model developed in detail, coordinated against structure and services, with DD drawings issued from it.
- Construction documentation. Full sheet sets, schedules and details, plus the permit set where you need one.
