Service Delivery Policy

How, when and in what form Cadbricks delivers its work. This policy stands in place of a shipping policy: we supply professional services and digital files, and we do not ship physical goods.

Last updated: 29 August 2026

1. What we deliver

Cadbricks Private Limited supplies BIM and CAD production services. Every deliverable is a digital file or set of files, produced to the scope agreed in the signed proposal or statement of work for your engagement (the “Proposal”). Typical deliverables include:

  • Revit models and federated coordination models
  • CAD drawing sets, in DWG or PDF
  • Shop drawings, as-built drawings and measured building survey drawings
  • Clash detection and clash resolution reports
  • Point cloud registrations and existing condition models
  • Schedules, quantities and supporting documentation where these form part of the agreed scope

2. No physical shipment

We do not despatch physical goods, and no courier is used. There is no shipping charge, handling charge, customs duty or import formality associated with anything we supply. Delivery is made electronically in every case.

3. How deliverables reach you

We deliver by whichever secure electronic route suits your team, agreed at the start of the engagement:

  • upload to the common data environment or file sharing platform your practice uses;
  • a secure download link sent to the email addresses you nominate; or
  • upload to a project folder you provide us access to.

Where files are large, we split them into a structured folder set and confirm receipt with you. Access credentials are never shared outside the named project team.

4. When we deliver

Delivery dates are agreed in writing in the Proposal for each engagement, before work begins. Timelines are stated in working days and are counted from the later of:

  • the date we receive complete and usable input data from you, including drawings, point clouds, specifications, standards and templates; and
  • the date any advance payment set out in the Proposal has cleared.

Where an engagement runs over several weeks, the Proposal sets out a milestone schedule, and we deliver against those milestones rather than in a single hand-over at the end.

We confirm the delivery date in writing when we acknowledge your acceptance of the quotation. If you need a firm date before committing, ask us and we will state it in the quotation itself.

5. Progress and communication

You will have a named point of contact for the duration of the engagement. We report progress at the intervals set out in the Proposal, and at minimum whenever a milestone is reached. Questions raised during a working day are answered the same or the following working day, India Standard Time.

6. What counts as delivery

A deliverable is treated as delivered when the files have been made available to you by one of the routes in Section 3 and we have notified the email addresses you nominated. Where you cannot access the files for a technical reason, tell us and we will re-issue them promptly; that is not treated as a failure of delivery on your part or ours.

7. Delays

If we expect to miss an agreed date, we tell you as soon as we know, with a revised date and the reason. Where a delay is caused by matters outside our reasonable control, or by input data, instructions, approvals or standards arriving later than agreed, the delivery date moves by a corresponding period. We do not treat a delay of that kind as a breach, and neither should you be charged for it.

Where a delay is ours and material, your remedies are set out in our Terms and Conditions, our Refund Policy and our Cancellation Policy.

8. Checking what you receive

Please review each deliverable on receipt. If anything deviates from the agreed scope, level of development or standards, tell us in writing within 30 days of delivery, identifying what differs. We will correct it at our cost within a reasonable time. Correction is the primary remedy, and in most cases it resolves the issue faster than a refund would.

9. Retention after delivery

We retain project files for 90 days after final delivery unless your contract with us says otherwise, so that we can re-issue or correct work if you need us to. After that period the files are deleted or returned in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the engagement contract.

10. Support after delivery

Questions about a delivered model or drawing set are answered at no charge for 30 days after delivery. Requests that go beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately before any work is done.
