What you are paying for

Cadbricks Private Limited is a BIM and CAD production studio based in Ahmedabad, India. We work as production support for architects, structural and MEP engineers, general and trade contractors, and measured building surveyors. Payments made on this page are for professional services already quoted and agreed in writing, not for physical goods.

How our pricing works

Work is billed on an hourly basis. The rate depends on the discipline, the level of development required, the software and standards involved, and the turnaround you need.

• Every engagement is quoted in writing before any work begins. The quotation states the scope, deliverables, level of development, software, timeline, hourly rate and estimated hours.
• Nothing is payable until you have accepted that quotation in writing.
• If the scope changes during a project, we issue a revised quotation and wait for your acceptance before proceeding.

Indicative rate: from US$18 per hour. Your final rate is confirmed in writing in your quotation before any work begins.

We do not publish a single flat price, because the hours required differ substantially between a small survey drawing set and a coordinated multi-discipline model. Your rate and your estimate are fixed in writing before you commit to anything.

How to pay, step by step

This is the full checkout flow, from first contact to a paid invoice.

1. You send an enquiry. Use the form on our Contact Us page, or email us directly, with your drawings, point cloud, scope notes or a description of what you need.
2. We send a written quotation. It sets out the scope, deliverables, level of development, standards, timeline, hourly rate, estimated hours and the total estimate, in your currency.
3. You accept the quotation. Written acceptance by email is sufficient. We then raise an invoice carrying a unique invoice number.
4. You come to this page and choose your currency. Separate payment buttons are provided for US Dollars, Pounds Sterling, Euros and Indian Rupees. Choose the currency shown on your invoice.
5. You enter the amount and your invoice number. Enter the exact amount shown on your invoice, along with your name, email address and the invoice reference, so that we can match the payment to your account.
6. Razorpay’s secure checkout opens. You enter your card details on Razorpay’s own hosted checkout. Cadbricks does not receive or store your card number, expiry date or CVV. Your bank may ask you to complete 3D Secure authentication.
7. You receive confirmation. Razorpay confirms the payment on screen and emails you a receipt immediately. We email a stamped paid invoice within one working day.
8. Work begins or continues. Delivery follows the schedule in your quotation, as described in our Service Delivery Policy.

Cards and currencies we accept

• Visa, Mastercard and American Express, issued in India or overseas, debit and credit
• US Dollars (USD), Pounds Sterling (GBP), Euros (EUR) and Indian Rupees (INR)
• Each payment button charges in a single currency. Choose the button that matches your invoice.
• You are charged in the currency you select. If that is not your card’s home currency, your own bank may apply a foreign exchange rate and a cross-border fee of its own. That charge is levied by your bank, not by Cadbricks.
• Cards issued outside India are authenticated by 3D Secure. If your card is declined, the reason sits with your issuing bank. Contact them, or write to us and we will send an alternative payment route.

If your invoice is in a currency not listed above, tell us and we will send you a payment link in that currency.

Taxes

• Clients outside India. Our services are an export of services. They are zero rated for Indian GST where we supply against a Letter of Undertaking, so your invoice shows no Indian GST. Any tax, duty or withholding applicable in your own country is your responsibility.
• Clients in India. GST is charged at the applicable rate and shown as a separate line on your invoice.

What happens after you pay

• Razorpay emails you a payment receipt immediately.
• We email a paid invoice within one working day.
• If you need a Foreign Inward Remittance Advice for your own records, ask us and we will obtain it.
• Deliverables are supplied as set out in our Service Delivery Policy.

Refunds and cancellations

If a deliverable falls short of what was agreed, our first remedy is to correct it at our cost. Refunds relate to work not yet performed. The full terms are set out in our Refund Policy and our Cancellation Policy.

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Most issues are settled faster and more fully by talking to us directly.

How your payment is kept secure

• Payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment aggregator licensed by the Reserve Bank of India.
• Card details are entered on Razorpay’s hosted checkout and are never transmitted to or stored by Cadbricks.
• This website is served entirely over HTTPS.
• Payments from foreign cards are authenticated using 3D Secure.
