Mechanical and plumbing contractors are handed a design set and expected to install from it. What is missing is the detail: the actual routes, the actual fittings, the clearances that let a valve be reached after the ceiling closes. We model to that level, coordinate against the other trades, and issue drawings your fabricators and fitters can work from.
What we deliver
- HVAC modeling — ductwork, plant, pipework and equipment at fabrication level
- Plumbing modeling — soil, waste, vent, hot and cold water services
- Clash detection and coordination against structure and the other services
- Shop and fabrication drawings, with spool and sheet metal output where required
- Quantity take-offs drawn straight from the model
How the work runs
We start from the consultant’s design set and your own installation preferences — the fittings you buy, the routes you favour, the hanger and support system you use. The model is built to those, then run against the architectural, structural and other trade models. Clashes are resolved and reported before anything reaches the fabrication shop.
