Fire protection has the least room to move and the least tolerance for compromise. Head positions are fixed by coverage, pipe routes are fixed by the heads, and everything else in the ceiling void has usually been modeled already. We model the system properly and coordinate it early, so the clashes surface while they can still be solved on screen.

How the work runs
We work from your hydraulic design and head layout, and model the pipework to the routes and fitting types you install with. The model is run against the architectural, structural and other services models, and the coordination report tells you what conflicts and where. Design decisions — coverage, spacing, sizing — stay with your engineer.
