MEP consultancies bring us in when the design intent is settled and the modeling hours are the constraint. You keep the engineering; we take your schematics and calculations and build the model, then coordinate it before anything is issued.

What we deliver

• Single line diagram to BIM model — SLDs, riser diagrams and schematics translated into a working Revit model
• MEP Revit modeling across mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire services
• Clash detection against architecture, structure and the other services
• BIM and VDC coordination, with reports you can take into a meeting
• DD and CD stage drawings, including layouts, sections, riser diagrams and schedules

Where we come in

Most consultancies engage us once the systems are chosen and the work becomes production.

• Conceptual and schematic design. Plant space, riser positions and primary routes blocked into the model, so the space you need is reserved early.
• Design development. Systems modeled from your SLDs and calculations, then coordinated so clashes are resolved on screen rather than on site.
• Construction documentation. Coordinated layouts, sections, schedules and diagrams issued from the model.
