How a project runs
We agree scope, level of development and deliverable formats in writing before anything starts. On larger jobs we model a sample area first and get it signed off, so any mismatch in standards surfaces on one room rather than forty. Production then runs in agreed batches with review rounds built in, and you receive native files, not flattened exports.
Where responsibility sits
We produce models and drawings to your instruction. The engineer of record retains responsibility for structural design, analysis, load assumptions and certification.
